Shipping and delivery

All orders require a signature unless the customer chooses and selects no signature on delivery.

If the Customer chooses no signature, Fairtex Australia is not responsible for any items that go missing and can not provide any discounts on new products that must be purchased to replace the missing items.

At Fairtex Australia, we do our best to charge only the minimum cost for shipping. Please note that not all products we have available are not deliverable (especially to New Zealand), there are products only available in store to pick up.  Please insure you check the product's shipping information or contact us if you have any enquiries.  COVID-19 disruptions and extreme weather conditions may cause delays.

All our processing of orders and deliveries is completed during business hours (9.30am - 5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note, we are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of purchase. We do not have a weekend delivery service.

Below are the delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post, these timeframes are subject to change to due to shipping volumes, destination and general delays during busy periods.  All couriers are experiencing large shipping delays due to covid and transport issues.  Please be aware that standard & express delivery are experiencing delays.  There are lengthy delays in shipping & transit due to weather conditions in Eastern states.

Our team do our best to provide the most up-to-date info for your order, as delivery time frame may change due to unforeseen circumstances.  Please make sure your details are up-to-date, so someone from our team can reach out if there are any known delays.

New Zealand Metro Express 5-8 business days*

New Zealand Regional Standard 8 - 13 business days*

Tracking your order

You will receive a notification and be able to track your order as soon as it leaves our store and is on its way to you - we will send you the tracking in an email. 

You can also enter your tracking number directly into the Couriers website for an Estimated Time of Arrival.

Fairtex Australia can not be held responsible for any freight items missing or any delays.

 

Pick Up in Store

Pick up in store is a free delivery option offered to our customers who want to collect orders from our warehouse. Collection time frames are from 9.30 am till 4.30 pm (AEST). You will be sent an email letting you know your order is ready for collection.
