Returns Policy

Fairtex Australia endeavours to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days.

In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

 

Faulty Or Wrong Item

If there is a problem with an item you have purchased from us (i.e., it’s damaged, faulty or defective in some way) please contact us via email on enquiries@fairtexaustralia.com.au within 7 days to ensure we can resolve the issue at hand as quickly as possible.

If we agree that the item is faulty, we will give you a Reply Paid address envelope/satchel to send the item back at our cost for an exchange or refund.

Important, please note: It is your responsibility to check the goods upon receipt and you have 7 days from the date of receiving the order to notify us of any issues.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Quantity errors
  • Colour errors
  • Manufacturing fault
  • Incorrect product received
  • Broken or damaged in some way
  • Any returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and/or suitable for resale.

 

Change Of Mind

If you decide you no longer require a purchased product, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return it. For change of mind we will not refund or exchange any of the following:

  1. Any items not in their original packaging and/or not suitable for resale
  2. Custom-Made Products
  3. Clearance Products
  4. Books

We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind.

If you need to exchange your itemfor another size, the above applies and you will need to cover the cost of shipping of the second item back to by providing a self-addressed, pre-paid satchel. Alternatively, we can contact you for credit card details or send you a PayPal invoice for the re-post.
